Birthday Parties

• 1:5 staff to climber ratio
• 50% deposit due at booking; 50% due at day of party
• All party numbers include the birthday child
• Outside food is permitted. No tableware or utensils are provided.

Pricing:

• Up to 5 climbers
  • $300 + tax
• 6-10 climbers
  • $350 + tax
• 11-15 climbers
  • $400 + tax

Availability:

• Saturdays 4pm-6pm
• Sundays 11am-1pm; 4pm-6pm

Birthday Party Policies:

• Parties are non-refundable. If you provide two or more weeks’ notice your party deposit will be turned into a credit to be used at a later date. Less than two weeks but more than one week’s notice will result in a credit minus a $25.00 administrative fee. No credit will be issued for parties cancelled with less than one week’s notice.
• We cannot extend your climbing time for late arrivals. We will get any late arriving children geared up and into the party at the time they arrive. 
• You are able to go up or down a party size (up to 5 climbers; 6-10 climbers; 11-15 climbers) as long as you let us know a minimum of 48 hours before the start time of your booked party. 
• If you go up or down a party size; you will owe the balance of the new party cost minus the deposit you already paid. 
• If you arrive with more climbers than you booked for with no notice, you will have inadequate staffing for your group and at least one adult will have to supervise the group and assist with clipping children into the autobelays for the duration of the party. You will still be charged for the larger party size. 
• If you arrive with less climbers than you booked for with no notice, you will be required to pay for the original party size you booked for in order to cover the cost of the staff member that was booked for your party.
• Our maximum party size is 15 participants. If you arrive with more than 15 youth; the first 15 to arrive will be included in the party. Any additional youth will be charged as walk-ins (day pass and rental gear) and will not be included in the party. They will not have access to the same number of walls as the birthday party and will have to be supervised by adults according to our supervision ratios. You cannot switch out youth from the party with youth who are charged as walk-ins. Any youth who do not climb but arrive beyond the 15 participants will be charged a day pass without rental gear.
