Our youth lessons programs are fun, engaging, active and made to grow as your climber grows. Each lesson will be jam-packed with on and off the wall activities that are age and skill appropriate. From beginner climbers all the way to those who have been climbing since they could walk; we have something for all climbers in our lesson’s programs.
Each session runs for 8 weeks total and includes all rental gear for the session. We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes but in some situations, it may be possible to offer a make-up class. If you know in advance of registering that you will have to miss a class, we can prorate the cost of the session to reflect that.
This class is suited for adult climbers of any skill level who are looking to push themselves to climb harder and learn the skills needed to make that happen. We can help you to set concrete goals and create an action plan that can be used throughout the week to level up your skills. If you’re looking for a group of like-minded individuals to keep the psyche high while you’re climbing – this is the class for you.

This class is intended for climbers who want to compete but lack the experience to train with the performance team. Expect to learn competition specific skills and strategies that will help you succeed as you grow as an athlete. The cost of this class includes all rental gear as well as a membership to access the facility anytime we are open outside of class time.
This class is intended for climbers who have experience competing and are looking to improve their skills in a fun, supportive and engaging environment. While the team practices at the same time regardless of age, the class itself is split into D/C athletes and B/A/JR athletes so that skill development is focused on the format of competition that each category will experience. The cost of this class includes a membership to access the facility anytime we are open outside of class time.
Climbers in this class will receive coaching support at all OCF competitions and any recreational competitions that the coaches suggest the group attend if they are part of the twice or more weekly training program.
Perfect for the climber looking to create a training plan, improve their skills and technique, become more confident on the wall or develop individual climbing goals. Flexible scheduling allows for you to book classes at a time that works for you.
1:1 coaching; 1.5 hours per class
